Through “please touch” exhibits, on-site educational programs and art activities, the museum reaches broad audiences and is a venue for visitors from varied backgrounds to discover shared ideals. This museum is recommended for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Closed: Mondays, Saturdays, Thanksgiving Day and most Jewish holidays. Metro: On Wilshire Boulevard take the 20, 21, or the 720 bus. By car: From the 101 South exit on Highland Avenue. Take Highland south to Wilshire Boulevard. Take Wilshire west to the museum. From the 10 East, exit La Cienaga and go north. Take La Cienaga to Wilshire Boulevard and go east to the museum.
